本システムを利用するにはアカウント登録をする必要があります。メールアドレス（Web出願システムと同じもの）、パスワード、氏名、受付番号（Web出願システム STEP4から出願時に発行されたもの）、生年月日、入試種別を入力し、「アカウント登録」ボタンをクリックしてください。有効化メールがあなたのメールアドレスに送られます。メール上のURLをクリックしてあなたのアカウントを有効化してから、ログインしてください。 You need to create your account to use the system. Please enter your e-mail address (the same as online application website), password, your name, receipt number (Six-digit number obtained from STEP4 on the application website), date of birth, and program you are applying for, and then click "Create Your Account" button.
The activation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. Click on the URL on the e-mail to activate your account before logging in.

複数のプログラムに出願している場合は、受付番号ごとに別々のアカウントを作成してください。（SPSF内で複数学科を同時に併願する場合、受付番号は1つのみ発行されるため、アカウントの作成は1つのみとなります。ただし、SPSF内で追加出願した場合、複数の受付番号が発行されるため、それぞれのアカウントを作成してください。） If you have been issued multiple receipt numbers corresponding to different program/department applications, please create a separate account for each receipt number.
